8th and 9th Grade Services      

• Who is this service for?
  This service may be right for your son or daughter if you want to begin preliminary career counseling while providing focus and direction for them as they enter into their high school experience. This Level will begin to help them make good choices as they explore their academic and extra-curricular opportunities.
  
  What will be included?
• One Assessment: Strong Interest Inventory High School Profile  
• One Session: A single session providing a personalized interpretation of the Strong Interest Inventory and clarification of interests, goals and questions
• One Interpretive Report: A customized interpretive report summarizing key findings and suggestions to help guide you and your student through their exploration of their interests and options during the high school years.

• What you can expect to receive?
  Your student will walk away with a general framework for thinking about themselves, their education and their work life. They will become aware of broad occupational families they are best suited for – as well as which ones they are not. They will also receive guidance on specific courses of study, as well as volunteer and job possibilities to consider during high school.
